History:

Jyot International Marketing Limited was incorporated in the state of Gujarat on 29th March, 1989 as Shah and Gandhi Consultancy Services Private Limited and change name to Shree S and G Capital Services Private Limited on 11th November, 1993 and converted into a public limited Company on the same day and subsequently change its name to Shree S & G Fin-cap (India) Limited on 25th September, 1995. The Company has changed its name to reflect the activities it is undertaking. Then after Company has changed its name to Jyot International Marketing Limited in the year 1997.

The main objects in the company's memorandum of association are to carry on the business of trading, building and development of all varieties of real estate from conventional and non-conventional raw material.

Main Objects:

Main objects to be pursued by the company on its incorporation are:

  • (1) To render services in the formation of joint stock companies and all types of company law matters under the Companies Act and allied Acts, firms, association and preparing Memorandum and Articles of Association and Partnership Deeds in respect of the same.
  • (2) To render consultancy services in preparing of agreements, underwriting agreements undertakings in respect of the public issues of the clients.
  • (3) To act as advisers, consultants and or manager to the public issue of the company or companies.
  • (4) To give advice in the matters of Sales Tax, Income Tax, Wealth Tax, Estate Duty, Excise Customs, Import-Exports, Insurance and to plead and/or represent their cases before the authorities concerned.
  • (5) To render the services as registrars to the issue and transfers of shares and debentures of the companies and bodies corporate for maintenance of their records of shares and other departments.
  • (6) To render consultancy services in preparation of all types of agreements, documents, deeds, writing in respect of sale, purchase, transfer of immovable, properties, undertakings, units of corporate bodies, firms and associations.
  • (7) To assist and render the consultancy services in the matter of applications to be made to Central Government, Company Law Board and other authorities for getting their approvals, consents, under the relevant provisions of Companies Act, 1956 and other allied Acts.
