Present Business

The company is engaged in the business of Non Banking Finance Company since the year 2002. The company has obtained RBI registration certificate vide certificate no. B.01.00425 on 16th September, 2002. The main source of income of the company is investment management, advice and interest from the loans provided to the customers.

The Company has various opportunities such as to render investment advice and assistance such as spreading risk, diversification of securities, selection of investment vehicle etc.

Company has some external environment threats such as competition within the NBFCs as well as with banking sector, exposure to abnormal industry risk, factors of interest rate volatility, economic cycle and credit risk.

In the backdrop of a growing economy, NBFCs will continue to grow in the financial ecosystem and create meaningful financial inclusion and further the government agenda of ‘Make in India’ and ‘Start-Up India’
